2026 Golf Scramble Registration
Fill out this form to complete your registration for Downtown Menomonie’s Golf Scramble on June 3rd. Lunch selection will be sent via email at least one week before the scramble.
To register, add preferred items to your cart. Individual and team registrations will have a pop-up form for you to input the golfer's information. When you are ready to check out, click the cart icon on the bottom right of your screen and complete the process. If you’d prefer to be invoiced rather than use a card, please contact director@downtownmenomonie.org.

Logo displayed at one golf hole. Option to set up a tent and provide activity or freebies to golfers the day of the scramble.
Logo on signage displayed at the raffle table. Business announced throughout raffle awards.
Logo displayed on volunteer materials and lunches. Option to include stickers or handouts in lunch bags.
Logo displayed on beverage cart. Option for representative to ride along.
